Refunds, if applicable, are strictly governed by the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and other service providers. Many services are non-refundable or partially refundable.
HotelConnect service fees, booking charges, convenience fees, and taxes may be non-refundable.
Refund processing timelines vary by supplier and may take 7 to 21 working days or longer depending on banking channels.
No refunds shall be provided for:
- No-shows
- Unused services
- Early departures
- Visa rejection
- Force majeure situations
