A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of payment and written confirmation from HotelConnect.

Hotel check-in/check-out times, airline baggage rules, seat allocation, and tour schedules are governed by respective suppliers and subject to their policies.

Special requests such as early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, meal preferences, or seat selection are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
